Careers at FastestRank
Join our team.
We are a small, founder-led SEO practice. The work is technical, client-visible, and judged by results — there is nowhere to hide, and nothing to sell that does not work.
No formal openings right now
We are not running numbered requisitions at the moment. If the roles below sound like you, send a speculative application anyway — we read every one and keep strong people in mind for the next opening.
How we work
Creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
FastestRank is deliberately small. You would work directly with the founder and with clients, on work that ships under your name. Decisions happen in conversation, not in layers.
The craft is technical: crawlers, log files, schema, page speed, content that earns its rankings. We push each other to back every claim with a measurement, and we treat every algorithm update as something to study rather than fear.
What we value: curiosity about why things rank, honesty about what is and is not working, and the discipline to finish what gets started.
Roles we hire for
Where we look for people.
We hire around these four crafts as the work demands. Even without a live vacancy, a specific, evidence-aware application to one of them gets read.

What you get
Why people stay.
Innovation is the job
You are expected to find better ways of doing the work, and the environment is built for fresh ideas rather than approval chains.
Professional growth
Training, certifications, and real career advancement — the skills here compound because the work is end-to-end.
Direct client impact
Small team, no account-manager telephone game. Your work is visible to clients and measurable in their results.
Honest scope
We do not sell services we cannot deliver, and you will never be asked to fake results or inflate a report.
Questions & Answers
Application FAQ
How do I apply?
Email jobs@fastestrank.com with your resume and a short cover note. Use the subject line: Application for [Role] — [Your Name]. The role name matters — it routes your application to the right review.
There is no live opening in my role. Should I still write?
Yes. We keep strong speculative applications on file and return to them first when work expands. Tell us which role fits and why.
What should my application include?
Your resume, two or three sentences on the best piece of work you want us to see, and links. For SEO and content roles, a short note on a ranking change you diagnosed or a piece that earned its traffic beats any adjective.
What happens after I send it?
We read every application ourselves and reply — either to start a conversation or to tell you honestly that it is not a fit right now. No automated sequences.
Think you would fit? Introduce yourself.
The application is deliberately low-ceremony: one email, one human reading it.
