This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all commercial engagements, service retainers, diagnostic audits, and digital products purchased directly through FastestRank (fastestrank.com).
By purchasing our consulting packages, subscribing to recurring maintenance services, or accessing downloadable spreadsheets and templates, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this document.
Digital Products & Downloadable Resources
FastestRank distributes curated technical resources, including the Free Backlinks Sheet, the 32k Guest Post Sites Database, and proprietary SEO spreadsheets. Because these products are digital and delivered immediately upon confirmation via electronic dispatch or direct file download, they are considered consumed upon receipt.
Due to the irrevocable nature of downloadable intellectual assets, digital spreadsheets and self-serve templates are non-refundable once access credentials or download links have been transmitted.
- Duplicate Charges: If an inadvertent technical error results in duplicate charges for the same digital product, full refunds for duplicate transactions are processed immediately upon verification.
- File Corruption or Access Defect: If a digital deliverable is proven technically corrupted or inaccessible, and our technical support cannot rectify access within 48 business hours, a full refund will be issued.
- Pre-Purchase Inquiries: Prospective buyers are encouraged to review column schemas, sample previews, and product descriptions before completing checkout.

Monthly Service Retainers & Maintenance Plans
Ongoing services—including Website Maintenance Service plans, SEO Drop Recovery Retainers, and Online Reputation Management (ORM) monitoring—are billed on a recurring monthly cycle.
Clients retain complete freedom to cancel their monthly service engagement without lock-in penalties by providing written notice prior to their next scheduled billing cycle.
- Cancellation Notice Window: A minimum of 7 calendar days written notice before the next monthly invoice date is required to ensure recurring scheduled deliverables and resource allocations are paused.
- Current Period Non-Refundable: Fees paid for the active monthly cycle cover committed engineering hours, server diagnostics, and specialist team time; they are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
- Deliverables Delivery Upon Cancellation: If a cancellation notice is provided mid-cycle, FastestRank will continue fulfilling contracted maintenance tasks and deliverables until the final day of the paid period.
Diagnostic Audits & Fixed-Scope Consulting
Custom diagnostic audits (such as Core Algorithm Drop Forensic Investigations and Technical SEO Audits) represent highly bespoke human advisory labor and specialized engineering analysis.
Because audit capacity is allocated immediately upon onboarding and search engineers begin manual site crawl analysis within hours of contract confirmation, cancellation conditions depend on project progression:
- Prior to Engineering Intake: If an audit project is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before technical log reviews or search console analysis commence, a 100% full refund is provided.
- Post-Intake / Analysis in Progress: Once site crawl inspection, telemetry auditing, or manual penalty forensics have commenced, audit retainers are non-refundable.
- Detailed Finding Guarantee: FastestRank guarantees that audit deliverables strictly adhere to the technical deliverables and diagnostic scope agreed upon in the project statement of work.
Organic search engine rankings are governed by third-party search engine algorithms (such as Google). As an ethical SEO engineering firm, FastestRank never guarantees specific search rank positions, and rank fluctuations are not grounds for retrospective refunds.
Refund Timelines & Payment Methods
Approved refunds are processed without unnecessary delay. Once our finance department approves a refund request, the transaction is initiated directly with our payment gateway provider.
Refunds are credited exclusively to the original payment method utilized during the initial transaction (e.g. original credit card, bank transfer, or payment gateway account).
- Approval Notice: You will receive an official email confirmation containing the credit note and refund reference ID within 24 hours of approval.
- Banking Clearing Period: Gateway and card-issuer processing times typically require 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account statement.
- Currency Fluctuations: FastestRank is not liable for minor differences resulting from foreign currency exchange fluctuations or international banking intermediary fees.

To initiate a cancellation, request a duplicate payment refund, or discuss service adjustments, please contact our administrative team via official written channels.
Please provide your transaction ID, business domain, and a brief description of your request to expedite resolution.
